2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery, you are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Issues: If our installation or service does not meet the agreed specifications, we will work to resolve the issue or provide an appropriate refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper installation by the customer
  • Customized or specially ordered products
  • Installation services that have been completed as per specifications
  • Software licenses or subscriptions after activation
  • Products returned after the specified return window

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the refund request
  3. Include photos or documentation of any defects or issues
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days

5. Return of Products

If your refund request is approved and requires returning the product:

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Products must be in unused condition (unless defective)
  • We will provide return shipping instructions and, for defective products, cover the return shipping costs

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product (if applicable), we will process your refund:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 7-10 business days
  • Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the product has been dispatched.

After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be treated as returns and are subject to our return policy.

Service Bookings: Installation or service appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any charges. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

8. Warranty Claims

Products covered under warranty are subject to the warranty terms provided at the time of purchase. Warranty claims are separate from refund requests. Please refer to your product warranty documentation or contact us for warranty-related issues.
